Executive Compensation Analyst
Exequity is seeking candidates with strong analytical skills to assist in providing executive compensation and merger-related consulting services. The role includes participation in competitive pay benchmarking analysis, financial modeling, research, and statistical assessment of executive pay. Requirements include:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, statistics, finance, mathematics, general business, or similar studies;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • In-depth experience with computer modeling and software applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, ability to convey analysis in graphic format); and
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.

Administrative Assistant
Exequity is in immediate need of an experienced administrative assistant. Necessary skills include: In-depth experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; experience in scheduling and travel arrangements; and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
