Jeff Pullen
Jeff is a Senior Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Libertyville, Illinois offices. Jeff joined Exequity in January 2010 and has over nine years of consulting experience. Prior to joining Exequity, he was an executive compensation consultant at a large, global human capital consulting firm, and a technology and management consultant at both a boutique and a top five global consulting firm.
Jeff works with boards of directors and management to provide expertise in executive compensation, including peer group design, market benchmarks and pay levels, financial performance analysis, annual and long-term incentive design, executive retirement and deferral plans, severance programs, wealth accumulation analysis, and board of director pay. His clients include both public and private companies from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, business services, technology, energy, and financial services. Jeff also has extensive experience working with both family-owned companies and large foreign-owned U.S. subsidiaries.
In addition to his work at Exequity, Jeff is a board member of the Mount Prospect Public Library Foundation. Jeff received his B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa and his M.B.A. in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
