Dianna Purcell
Dianna is a Senior Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Lebanon, New Jersey offices. Dianna's focus is on executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions. Dianna has over ten years of human capital consulting experience, having consulted on a broad array of corporate transactions and broad executive compensation issues. Dianna has consulted with clients in multiple industries, including financial services, technology, retail, consumer products, and manufacturing.
Dianna has assisted many organizations with corporate transactions/transformations throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from HR M&A readiness and target evaluation to integration planning and execution. In executive compensation, Dianna has worked on a variety of areas, including compensation strategy development, short- and long-term incentive plan design, evaluation of incentive plan measures and their relation to shareholder value creation, retention, and change-in-control issues (e.g., golden parachute calculations). Her expertise includes aligning compensation strategies to financial results.
Prior to joining Exequity, Dianna was one of the top leaders of the M&A Practice at Towers Perrin, a global human resources consulting firm. Before taking the M&A role, Dianna worked in the Executive Compensation Practice at Towers Perrin. Prior to Towers Perrin, Dianna was a financial consultant at Stern Stewart & Co., where she was involved in a wide range of client engagements focusing on Economic Value Added (EVA®) measurement and implementation, strategy, and incentive compensation.
Dianna received her B.A. in sociology and computer applications from Geneseo University and studied finance and economics at New York University. She is a member of WorldatWork and The National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
