Dmitry Shmoys
Dmitry is a Senior Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Irvine, California offices. Prior to joining Exequity in January 2010, Dmitry was an Executive Compensation Consultant at a large, global consulting firm. Prior to that, Dmitry held a variety of corporate finance and engineering roles with a Fortune 100 firm where he earned a patent in applied physics.
Dmitry advises clients on all aspects of executive compensation, including executive and director pay studies, change-in-control severance plan design, incentive plan and equity-based compensation design, pay and performance alignment, and compensation program risk assessment. Dmitry also consults on executive compensation issues in the context of IPOs and mergers.
Dmitry's clients include both private and public companies covering a full spectrum of sizes and industries, including high-tech, financial services, aerospace, consumer goods, transportation, and hospitality.
Dmitry received an M.B.A. from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California at Irvine, as well as a B.S. in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
