Mike Svec
Mike is an Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Libertyville offices. Mike joined Exequity in February 2009 and has over ten years of experience in the executive compensation arena. Prior to joining Exequity, Mike worked first as an analyst and then as a consultant for a large, global consulting firm's executive compensation practice.
Mike has worked with hundreds of companies through the years, including many Fortune 500 companies, covering a wide variety of executive compensation issues, including short- and long-term incentive design, director compensation, dilution analysis, 280G calculations, pay-for-performance analysis, and executive compensation benchmarking and market studies.
Mike's clients include both public and private organizations from a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, financial services, and retail.
Mike received his B.A., cum laude, in history and geography from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
