Jeff is a Senior Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Wilton, Connecticut office. Jeff is known industry-wide as a leading advisor to compensation committees and boards of directors. Jeff is expert in helping clients evaluate, design, implement, and communicate executive compensation and supplemental benefit programs. He has advised some of the most notable companies in the U.S. and Europe.
Jeff’s clients are among a global Who's Who list of successful business enterprises. Jeff works directly with a number of compensation committees from a wide variety of industries, including financial services, consumer products, energy, advertising, retail, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. He also has a number of management clients for which he serves as a senior advisor. Jeff’s articles on compensation issues have appeared in several professional publications, including the Journal of Compensation and Benefits, the Journal of International Compensation and Benefits, and The Financial Executive, and he is a contributing author to The Compensation Handbook (McGraw-Hill, Inc.). Prior to joining Exequity, Jeff was a 25-year Principal at a large, global consulting firm, and before that a tax practitioner with a major accounting firm in New York City. Jeff earned a B.A. degree from Wesleyan University, a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University, and an M.B.A. degree from New York University. Jeff is admitted to the Connecticut State Bar. |
