Jesse is a Principal with Exequity with more than 20 years of consulting and human capital experience, and is located in our Orange County, California office. Prior to joining Exequity, Jesse was a Senior Vice President at a Fortune 500 global, publicly traded entertainment software firm where he led human resources and the compensation function for more than 15 years.
Jesse has worked with investors, boards and management at a wide variety of clients of varying sizes and industries, including technology, entertainment, gaming, retail, sports and more. These engagements encompass the full spectrum of executive and board compensation, including compensation strategy definition (peer group assessment, pay positioning, pay for performance leverage and modeling), annual and long-term incentive design, board compensation, and advising on all technical aspects of executive compensation, including accounting and legal implications. He has significant experience in managing change and transformation, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and divestitures, and shareholder engagement. Jesse’s deep HR experience also gives him significant insight into how the executive compensation approach needs to fit and align with other aspects of the people spectrum, including talent management, succession planning and talent acquisition. Jesse received his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles and has a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University. |
