Ryan provides analytical support on a broad array of executive compensation issues, including compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, pay-for-performance assessments, and peer group analyses. Ryan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies. At the University of Pennsylvania, Ryan worked as a research assistant on various projects, including research related to AI-Human collaboration and leadership succession. |
