Steven is a Principal with Exequity, and is located in our Orange County, California office. Prior to joining Exequity, Steven had extensive experience in a variety of HR-related roles within the hospitality industry.
Steven has extensive consulting experience on a broad range of executive compensation issues such as executive compensation reviews, peer group analyses, short- and long-term incentive plan designs, valuations of long-term incentive plans, 280G calculations, and director compensation. Steven has worked with clients ranging in size from the Fortune 500 to smaller, private organizations. These clients span many industries, including retail, technology, energy, hospitality, and financial services. Steven received an M.B.A. from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine and a B.S., cum laude, in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the California State University at Long Beach. |
