Bob is a Partner with Exequity, and is located in our Mt. Laurel, New Jersey office. Bob has more than 30 years of executive compensation experience. Prior to joining Exequity, Bob spent more than three years as the head of Executive Compensation at a major media and entertainment conglomerate. Before that, Bob spent his entire career as an executive compensation consultant, including stints at a globally recognized executive compensation consulting boutique and a large, global consulting firm.
Bob has worked with boards of directors and management teams at a wide variety of clients ranging from multi-billion dollar public companies to smaller, private organizations. These clients span many industries, including health care, technology, media and entertainment, energy, manufacturing, retail, and transportation. The scope of engagements with these organizations covers the spectrum of executive compensation and governance issues commonly faced by corporate boards and management teams. These issues include fundamental items such as peer group selection, pay benchmarking, and incentive plan designs that align with business objectives, as well as technical consulting on compliance, tax, accounting, and disclosure issues. Additionally, Bob regularly assists clients with understanding market trends, perceived best practices, and the policies and viewpoints of relevant shareholders and shareholder advocacy groups. Bob has spoken at various industry conferences on executive compensation topics. Bob received a B.S. in Economics (with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. |
