Bob is a Senior Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Mt. Laurel, New Jersey office. Bob has more than 25 years of executive compensation experience. Prior to joining Exequity, Bob spent more than three years as the head of Executive Compensation at Time Warner, Inc. Before that, Bob spent his entire career as an executive compensation consultant, including stints at a globally recognized executive compensation consulting boutique and a large, global consulting firm.
Bob advises clients on all aspects of executive and director compensation, including the design of annual and long-term incentive plans aligned with business objectives, as well as benchmarking and competitive pay levels. Bob also consults on key technical issues impacting executive and director compensation, such as regulatory/legislative developments and emerging shareholder perspectives.
Bob’s clients have included management and boards of directors for a broad array of companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to much smaller organizations. These clients have included both public and private organizations from a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, health care, high-tech, media and entertainment, energy, retail, and manufacturing.
Bob received a B.S. in Economics (with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies) from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
