Samantha is an Analyst with Exequity, and is located in our Orange County, California office. Prior to joining Exequity, Samantha worked as an executive compensation paralegal with Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP.
Samantha provides analytical support on a broad array of executive compensation issues, including compensation benchmarking, market studies, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, peer group analyses, 280G calculations, and director compensation. Samantha also provides support on the analysis of equity plans and employment agreements. Samantha has worked with clients in multiple industries ranging in size from the Fortune 500 to smaller, privately held organizations. Samantha received a B.A., magna cum laude in Criminal Justice and with a secondary concentration in Sociology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. |
