Mike is a Senior Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Libertyville office. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the executive compensation arena. Prior to joining Exequity, Mike worked first as an analyst and then as a consultant for a large, global consulting firm’s executive compensation practice.
Mike has worked with hundreds of companies ranging from the Fortune 100 to small, privately held enterprises across all industries. Mike’s extensive consulting experience includes short- and long-term incentive design, director compensation, dilution analyses, 280G calculations, pay-for-performance analyses, and executive compensation benchmarking and market studies. Mike’s clients include both public and private organizations from a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, financial services, and retail. Mike received his B.A., cum laude, in history and geography from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. |
