Rose is an Analyst with Exequity, and is located in our Libertyville office. Rose provides analytical support for clients across all industries, including compensation benchmarking, peer group development, and director compensation. With more than 15 years experience in consulting and corporate environments, Rose has deep experience assisting companies in the development, design, installation and administration of compensation programs and policies. She also has experience with job evaluation, leveling, market pricing, and analyzing compensation surveys.
Prior to joining Exequity, Rose worked as an independent compensation consultant as well as with a large, global consulting firm as a compensation consultant and as a project leader on fortune 500 outsourcing projects. Rose has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. |
