Chris is an Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Libertyville, Illinois office. Prior to joining Exequity, Chris worked as an arbitrage clerk at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Chris provides analytical support on a broad array of executive compensation issues and is deeply knowledgeable in the financial and statistical elements of pay-for-performance relationships. Chris has extensive consulting experience in competitive executive compensation reviews, peer group analyses, valuations of long-term incentive plans, evaluation of incentive plan designs, and analyzing severance and change-in-control provisions. He provides particular expertise on dilution and “Return on Executives” (ROX) pay-for-performance analyses and also specializes in work that requires complex statistical understanding or the use of large-scale databases.
Chris received an M.S. in Applied Economics from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western Illinois University.
