Stacey is a Senior Advisor with Exequity, and is located in our Libertyville, Illinois office. Stacey has provided executive compensation consulting services to clients for about 20 years. Her clients have spanned a wide variety of industries, most recently including media, transportation, industrial, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, and information technology.
Stacey assists clients with a broad range of executive compensation and governance issues. Her client engagements have covered such topics as incentive design, competitive assessment of executive and director compensation programs and pay levels, peer group selection, pay-for-performance analyses, severance and change-in-control program design, and retention issues, as well as technical assistance as it relates to executive compensation (e.g., tax and accounting treatment).
Prior to joining Exequity in August 2010, Stacey was an executive compensation consultant at two large, global consulting firms as well as a boutique executive compensation consulting firm. Before her work in the executive compensation field, Stacey was a tax consultant/CPA with Arthur Andersen.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
