Maddie Damberg-Ott is an Analyst with Exequity, and is located in our Libertyville, Illinois office.
Maddie provides analytical support on a broad array of executive compensation issues, including compensation benchmarking, short-term and long-term incentive plan designs, pay-for-performance assessments, and peer group analyses. Maddie graduated from Carleton College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Relations. At Carleton, Maddie was a four-year varsity swimmer, served as captain for one year, and received Academic All-District honors by the College Sports Communicators for the 2022–2023 season. |
